We offer delivery to Germany, Switzerland, Austria and all EU Countries (other countries on request).
We deliver all packages with DHL.
Payment options
A claim to payment by direct debit or purchase on account does not exist. Especially for first orders, we reserve the right to execute the order only against prepayment. We offer the following payment options:
Credit card (MasterCard, American Express and Visa):
The debit takes place immediately after receipt of the order. We use the Mollie procedure (Mastercard® SecureCode™ / Verified by Visa) for the security of credit card payments. In order to be able to make payments by credit card with us, you must be registered or activated for this procedure with your bank. For more information on the registration and activation process, please contact your card-issuing bank.
PayPal:
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must be registered there in principle or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us (exception if necessary guest access). If you choose the payment method PayPal, you will be redirected to the page of the payment provider at the end of the ordering process.
Prepayment:
If you choose the payment option prepayment, you will receive the invoice by e-mail directly after the order process and transfer the outstanding amount to the specified account. After receipt of payment, your order will be shipped immediately.

in order to make your return as easy and smooth as possible, please note the following important points
You want a different color or size or do not want to keep an article ? No problem.
You can of course send us the goods in perfect condition including labels back.For this purpose, please send us a short message.You will then receive from us a return label by e-mail for the return shipment.
Please attach a copy of the invoice to the return, on which you can note your exchange / refund request.after receipt and inspection of the goods you will receive your refund or replacement request.
